Terms & Conditions

  • We humbly request you to check your order upon delivery. If there is any damaged or incorrect grocery product(s) (including delivery of additional product(s) not ordered by you), please contact us within 3 days of your delivery date.
  • Delivery slots are subject to availability.
  • All returned products are not used or expired, and in the original box and/or packaging. Boulevard Hypermarket Sabah reserved the right, but has no obligation, to inspect the returned product and to determine whether the product was rightfully returned in accordance with this paragraph. Where Boulevard Hypermarket Sabah exercises its right to inspect the Product, Boulevard Hypermarket Sabah’s decision in respect of such returned products shall be deemed final and binding on you.
  • We accept payment for orders by E-Banking, MasterCard, Visa and BOOST only. Boulevard Hypermarket Sabah is unable to accept paper checks, food stamps, or third-party coupons.
  • Boulevard Hypermarket Sabah’s decision on all matters relating to promotions, discounts, Voucher and other privileges is final.
  • Promotions, contest, privileges, and programmes are only valid for the time period specified by Boulevard Hypermarket Sabah and while stock last basis.
  • Payment for all orders shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit.
  • Boulevard Hypermarket Sabah reserves the right to vary or impose such other terms and conditions, as we deem appropriate from time to time by posting the varied terms and conditions on the Site or through the App.
  • Boulevard Hypermarket Sabah delivers case sizes of a variety of different goods, including laundry detergent, beverages, rice, etc. Also in the interest of safety, we do not deliver to walk-ups (a building without an elevator) about the 5th floor, or delivermore than 3 cases of beverages about the 4th floor. In the event of a broken elevator, we also do not ask our drivers to carry groceries more than 5 floors. We ask our customers to abide by these service limitations, as we may limit deliveries when orders exceed these requirements. Again this limitation exists only to protect the health of our delivering staff. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
  • If the delivery includes alcoholic drinks or any other age-restricted items, which may not be delivered to a minor, please ensure a person of 21 years of age or older with appropriate identification is present to take delivery of the alcoholic drinks or other items. Boulevard Hypermarket Sabah reserves the right not to deliver any age-restricted product to anyone who is, or appears to be under, the age of 21 years old. Boulevard Hypermarket Sabah also reserves the right to refuse to deliver any alcohol to any person who is, or appears to be, under the influence of either alcohol or drugs. You agree that if any applicable legal requirements for the delivery of alcohol are not met, Boulevard Hypermarket Sabah reserves the right to cancel the alcohol related portion of your order.
  • Please note that the prices shown on BoulevardKKeshop are guide prices only and are only approximate. The total guide price shown in the Customer’s shopping trolley and order confirmation email may differ from the Customer’s final bill.
  • The difference between guide price and the Customer’s final amount charged will be due to one or more of the following reasons :
  1. Weighed products. – The weighed products such as fruits or vegetables that are shown in the website are served as a guide price only. What you pay will be according to the exact weight of your products, thus price may be vary.
  2. Changing in-store prices. – The guide price is based on today’s prices in store, however what you pay will be based on the store price of the products on the day of your delivery.
  3. Promotion dates. – Any promotion products that have being order have to be delivered before the promotion end date (shown on product page) to be qualify for the promotion prices. If your delivery happens after the promotion events/time, the promotion price will not be applied.
  • If the value of the goods delivered is higher than the value stated in the order confirmation or if the Customer considers that the difference between the price charged and the guide price shown on the website is unacceptable, the Customer has every right not to accept the goods.
